The quarterly Parish Council meeting is this
Wednesday, while the Vintage & Classic Car Rally takes place on Friday
and there is a Summer Garden Party on Sunday afternoon. The rescheduled 20/20
cricket match will be held on Thursday of next week.

The next meeting of Birlingham Parish Council
is on Wednesday 18th July at the new time of 7.45pm in Birlingham Village Hall.
There is an opportunity during the meeting for residents to ask questions.

The Birlingham Vintage & Classic Car Rally
takes place this Friday, 20th July. The rally is at Birlingham Cricket Club,
starting at 6.30pm (6.00pm if bringing a car). In addition to vintage and
classic cars and motorcycles, there will be a barbecue, bar, tombola and raffle.
Entrance is £2 for adults, children under 16 free.

There will be a Summer Garden Party at the Old
Rectory this Sunday afternoon, 22nd July. The garden party will include cream
teas, a competition for children and a variety of stalls. Background music will
be provided by Pershore Brass Band.

The cricket
match between the local team and a team of NH Jockeys &
Trainers (postponed from 28th June due to bad weather) will now take place on
Thursday 26th July . The match is at Birlingham Cricket Ground, starting at
6.00pm. The format is 20/20 (each team has 20 overs).
There will be a barbecue and raffle in aid of
the Injured Jockeys Fund.
