1. Queen's Diamond Jubilee Celebrations

Despite the weather, a wonderful weekend of events was enjoyed by over 200 people. The Duck Race on Berwick Brook and Coronation Quiz at the Swan Inn on Saturday were followed by a day of events on Sunday. The All Faiths Service in St James's Church preceded the Trolley Race and the Big Lunch (including village photo and tug o' war), and finally a sold-out Music Evening in the Village Hall. On Monday, the Swan Inn were again hosts for the live showing of the concert at Buckingham Palace.

Full reports and photographs of all these events will be available on the website soon.
