The Birlingham news e-mails are now being sent
to more than a third of the houses in the village. If you know anyone else who
would like to receive them, please let us know. Our thanks are due to Judy
Bishton, whose initial suggestion of a village e-mail group three years ago
sparked the idea for these e-mails.

The next meeting of Birlingham Parish Council
is on Wednesday 21st March at 7.30pm in Birlingham Village Hall. There is an
opportunity during the meeting for residents to ask questions.

The annual litter pick around the village will
take place on Saturday 24th March. If you can spare an hour, please come
along and help. Don't leave the collecting of rubbish to other people -
it's your village!
Litter-picking equipment is provided. Meet on
the village green at 10am.

The next meeting to discuss the Queen's
Diamond Jubilee celebrations will be on Monday 25th March at 7.30pm in
Birlingham Village Hall. If you are not already involved and would like to be,
please come along.

Birlingham Drama Group presents Kel Elliott, a
singer and double bass player, fronting an impressive, energetic and dynamic
band. Seating is cabaret style - bring your own drinks, glasses and
nibbles.
